Review on 🧼 Formula 409 Multi-Surface Cleaner Refill, 64oz Bottle (Packaging May Vary) - Effective Cleaning Solution by Melissa Harper

This is a scam! And now it says I can't return the goods! Firstly the bottle came unsealed but I doubt it. Until I looked in the bottle and saw that the liquid didn't look or smell 409. There were too many bubbles in the liquid (more than 1/4 of the bubbles). Genuine 409 may contain bubbles; I particularly noticed this when transporting the 409 from a large bottle to a portable bottle for everyday use. I will also mention that I left the bottle undisturbed for 3 days before opening it. There appears to be nothing in this bottle other than dishwater, which is clearly NOT 409! I almost feel like I should have known better since 409 is so rare now BUT I wasn't expecting to get scammed at Revain. I suspect these Revain providers aren't as regulated as they used to be! Looks like I'm looking elsewhere for household items now!
