I bought these because I wanted to make sure I was buying quality from a reputable brand that I can trust. There's a lot of Chinese crap here on Revain that you won't find out until after it's released. I only wanted to use them at work so I could sit and type and move about in my office. Several callers complained that my voice sounded distant or muffled. This is a FAILURE for Motorola, which I've always trusted with my previous speakerphones and their mics are generally excellent. Listening to audio is okay at best. Don't watch videos or YouTube or the out of sync audio will drive you crazy. Previous buyers have complained about the break after you set it in-ear, but that's to be expected. Battery life is good, but sound quality and maximum volume are poor. Leaves a lot to be desired.
