Review on 80 Unique Glitter Gel Pens - Super Doodle Artist Quality Pen Set for Adult Coloring Books, Arts and Crafts, Scrapbooking, Greeting Cards, and Drawing by Shantel Griffin

After reading all the rave reviews I bought two packs as part of the promotion. God knows I have enough gel pens but 80 packs are ALL GLITTER and NO duplicates?! I couldn't and didn't want to resist. I tore open the package and threw it away because what do I need it for? I used one the next day. Everything was going great until a pen started cracking and the ink flowed smoothly. I don't know if it jinxed the others, but almost every other pen gave me problems afterwards. I opened another pack and they have the same thing. Called Revane and the only option they offered was to ship both packages back to me. I threw away the packaging, how? The rep suggested I just toss them all in a box and put a label on it. 160 pens yes approx. I just wanted to take it easy and consider it an expensive loss but my intuition told me to contact the company directly. I did this and received a response within a few hours. Long story short, they sent me two brand new sets of pens. No questions. Their rep even gave me tips on getting other pens to work! So yes, they only get 5 stars for their customer service! As for the pens. I'm in love! All colors, shades, tones, etc. And GLITTER.so shiny! I really wish the ink was shinier, but maybe that's just me. The handles are very comfortable and have a color coded rubber grip. I love the bold tip. These pens are a dream come true for any colorist or note taker. Now if we get a set of 160 glitters and no repeat colors it will be amazing!
