Review on DiamondBack VetPrescriber by Steven Ali

I like nothing about this software! It's slow as molasses during normal business hours (for both me personally AND my clients), it crashes randomly for no reason at ANY time when doing anything even somewhat busy--and that goes double if there ARE customers waiting while their "report" runs...

I like that it's easy for me to use as an owner/manager at my clinic because everything can be done from home! It makes working easier than filling out paper prescriptions which was always very time consuming when we did have to fill them by hand. Sometimes there are glitches but they respond quickly once those issues get addressed. We also love how our customers feel more comfortable about their medications since using this system instead of traditional methods.
