Despite the description, I don't find the hat very breathable. I bought this to replace a Brooks lightweight running cap that died after years of service. I'm bald so I wear a hat mainly for UV protection. I've run in this hat a few times and it's noticeably warmer than my old Brooks hat and it seems to soak up every drop of sweat and moisture in the air like a sponge and end up turning the hat into a horrible wet mess. my run. It also seems too big for my average sized adult male head. I will find another Brooks hat.
