waste of money! A black replacement installed in our printer the day after receipt in February 2021. After a few days we noticed that the background turned gray. It got darker and darker very quickly, making it almost impossible to read. Of course, we only have a few days left until the end of the return period. I will contact the company and update my review with customer service thoughts. I have selected the "Warranty" tab many times on the Arcon website and the page never loads. All other pages load in seconds. (?) Emailed the seller today using the Revain form. Will update my rating once I get a response from the seller.
