I plan to feed up to 3 times a week and the coral looks like a chipmunk with cheeks full of seeds after each feeding. In two weeks of feeding the Duncan, 2 more heads grew and the size increased noticeably. I have three mixes that I use for feeding, one is just a thick reef roid mix that mostly seeps out of the feeder into the coal mouth, the second is a slightly more diluted reef roid mix with mysis shrimp, and the third is the most diluted riff royd. Mixture with Mysis shrimp and phytoplankton. My clownfish will eat any of the three mixes so it's great for a whole tank. One clown is half the size of the other, making it much easier to feed both clowns without one of them pigging out and eating all the food.
