The product is faulty in some way, I definitely won't buy it again.
It is useless to use nozzles - neither the face nor the body is shaved normally in them. If you need to maintain a stubble of 1-2 mm, this trimmer will not work. Without a nozzle, another problem is that the trimmer head is quite tight. in order to turn when the body is bent, you need to apply force to the razor, cuts immediately occur. So you can use it normally only without attachments and shave only straight parts of the body, face. Maintaining the stubble, shaving the groin - all by. If possible, I would gladly return this product.
