I like that they offer unlimited MySQL databases for free! They also support PHP 7 which is nice because it's been around longer then 5.* versions of php meaning we don't always get outdated code from our clients who use older servers/browsers etc.. We've had some issues with their customer service but not enough problems where its worth switching providers (yet). It would be great if there was an option in my control panel similar as GoDaddy has when editing hosts files - so i could make changes myself rather them having admin rights over me every time something goes wrong :) This solves multiple hostings issue at once by allowing us one account per server / domain combination without needing separate accounts & billing info each month just 1 monthly bill.
