I got these Thermajohn Long Johns for my boy who rides a motorcycle and they are warm and comfortable.Long johns are designed to be worn as a base layer under clothing (or to stay warm while sleeping.) They are made in a variety of different fabrics and these are made of a 92% polyester and 8% spandex, fleece, fabric. They should be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low heat. The outside has a smooth, slightly slick, surface so your outer clothing slides on over it easily. The inside is a brushed fleece that is super soft on your skin and retains body heat very well. The fabric is very stretchy.The top is a pullover style with long sleeves and a V-neckline. The neck has an applied, self-fabric, band. The pants are pull on style with an elastic waistband and a functional fly.These provide much needed warmth for my boy when he is riding his motorcycle to classes in winter. We have several different brands and he likes the V-neckline on these.As far as sizing, if you order your normal size, they are a bit loose. If you size down, you will get a fit more like the product page pictures because these stretch a lot. So it's really a matter of personal preference. My boy likes a tighter fit so I will be ordering another set in a size small but he can certainly wear these.
