The end of the power cable is not included in the kit. Tips for Philip micro heads

2 hole cable end where do you need to connect it to get power? head size. You CANNOT use other bits in it as the bits have wings on the shank. No instructions and I believe it came from Hong Kong. The description is very vague and misleading. The seller's picture is blurry and doesn't show the useless end of the connector.
