Review on CIC Plus by Andrew Kamkoff

The ability for our agency's clients (both public & private) to submit W2s as well as 1099/1095 is great! Also having all data stored so we can run reports down through years has been really helpful when reviewing previous employers or running audits with other agencies that specialize in these types of things. Nothing much yet but it seems like their customer service isn't quite up there at this time either - which might be due moreso than anything else because its just one person who handles everything over email instead of phone calls / live chat etc. Definitely worth looking into though if you're considering switching companies within your industry (or even across industries). We've used them primarily during annual reviews where we do client walkthroughs to ensure no discrepancies exist between what was submitted electronically versus manually by each employee themselves via paper form.
