I recently bought four of these panels. Three arrived within days with free shipping, and the fourth never arrived. Revain gave me the option to refund or reorder within days of being overdue. I decided to wait and see if it finally arrived, but it didn't. Revain then automatically refunded my purchase on the fourth device after about a week. As for the panels in operation, I am very satisfied with their quality. Upon arriving for testing, I connected a 300 watt reset resistor to each device. I'm happy to report that my reading (volts x amps) showed 108 watts when the panel was pointed directly at the sun. Otherwise, the panels consume an average of about 80 watts in bright sunlight and a clear sky. This is to be expected and certainly acceptable. Please note that these panels do not tolerate shading. If a slight or light shade blocks the sun, this will greatly reduce performance to almost zero.
