After my first two strands of hair slipped through this device, I was sold. I dried my hair according to the instructions, applied argan heat protection spray and parted my hair into small sections. The first two passes, my hair was smooth as a bone. My hair is natural and above my shoulders so I doubted it could do that. It was fast, clean and easy to use. I didn't have the burning smell I wore with the "hot comb" and it cools down easily. My hand didn't burn on the back of the tool and the small brush and glove that came with it were wonderful to use. I used a comb to prevent my hair from getting tangled after parting it. After going to the gym, I was able to fix my hair and make it beautiful. An absolutely wonderful investment. I have told family and friends.
