False advertising of wrenches

This item arrived today. 1:78 ordered. Haven't used it since it just arrived. Took it out of the cheap cracked plastic case and turned the crank 56 times to get one turn. I ordered 1 in 78. The box says it's 1 in 78, but it's actually 1 in 56. 1 in 56 is said to produce 2800 foot-lbs. 1 through 78 should produce 5500 ft-lbs. I don't like false advertising at all.
