People with bad reviews installed incorrectly.
So before I purchased this item I read all of the reviews on it. On some of the bad reviews they talked about the velcro in the front not lining up with the attach points. When I went to install mine I thought the same thing. Then I started looking at it and I realized I had the top inside out. So I flipped it over and sure enough the velcro fits exactly how it should. This is a great product with a great price.
