These headsets sound much quieter than any other set I own. I always have to crank it all the way up to get the level I want, but other kits never get it all the way up. Having the volume control on the left earhook is annoying since all my other headphones are on the right. That annoys me a lot. The phone jack isn't straight, it's L-shaped, making it almost impossible to use with any phone that has a decent protective case. fall out easily. Update: After less than 3 months of very light wear and tear, the left speaker stopped making any sound. I'm trying to get a refund from the manufacturer but I don't think it will be possible. They will most likely exchange the product, but I'm stuck with a mediocre headset that will most likely break again.
