The mode of operation in the WI-FI stand 2.4GHz (n) and 5.0GHz (ac / n) leads to unstable functioning of the router, the communication channel breaks, as I have determined experimentally. There is no practical application for it. The transmitter's strength isn't boosted at all; instead, it's greatly diminished. Either it works or it doesn't, so if the provider has sold you this piece of joy, run away and don't set the n mode to 2.4 (if the stability of the communication channel is crucial to you). Instead, set it to 5 (ac / n). I hope the people who made this router find a quiet place to drop their trousers.
