Update: After a few months, color toner (which is rarely used) started bleeding and leaving marks on my pages. It all started with three shades of yellow, then red and some blue. Customer service was excellent in handling my complaint but it got me into a last minute commitment where I had no choice but to print at Staples for $44 and I was late for an appointment. I also had toner dust on the printer and on my shirt (it washed out). Not sure if the risk is worth the savings. I bought original Canon 046 tuners to replace them. I had no issues with black despite literally printing 1000 pages. . For a month and at least 2000 printed pages without problems. My work is based on high-quality printed documents, so this is very important to me. So far it's been a great experience with this toner.
