Recently, I made a purchase of water sports equipment from PROYAKER, and I'm sorry to say that my experience with the company has been incredibly disheartening. In spite of the fact that they boast of having high-quality products and exceptional customer service, I did not experience either one of these things. To begin, the quality of the things that were sent to me was below average. The things I received gave the appearance of being badly manufactured and did not perform the functions that were described in the advertisement. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service team in order to get a refund or an exchange, but they did not respond to any of my inquiries. It is abundantly evident that this organization does not place a high premium on providing good customer service. After making a number of tries to get in touch with them, I was ultimately successful in doing so, however their response was neither helpful nor professional. The customer service employee was impolite and condescending, making it abundantly evident that they had no interest in addressing my concerns or ensuring my satisfaction as a client. After everything was said and done, I was left with things that were useless to me and no support from the customer service personnel at PROYAKER. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of their items as well as the lack of help that is offered to their clients. Anyone who is considering making a purchase from PROYAKER should give it some serious consideration first. Although the prices of their products are low, the quality of those things is terrible, and their customer service is even worse. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
