They are absolutely essential for safe driving. Incredibly bright and definitely an eye-catcher for the Kager, that's why I signal a lane change. I hooked them up to my strobe light for a brake song with brake lights, trunk lights and tour pack lights on my 14 Ultra Limited. Better than I expected and you won't be disappointed. Installation was very easy. If you enjoy digging through your saddlebag, the rest is a breeze. Come with grommets to keep water out. Would buy them again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, the video I posted doesn't even convey this properly. It's a very rich red and a bit washed out in the video. But this is one of my three favorite additions or modifications to the bike.
