I was very disappointed! I got caught in the rain once after purchasing it, and it wasn't a very heavy rain. In general, it repelled normally. However, in my 67 years on this earth I know what an oxford cloth is and I know what a 420 diner is. It is neither! Nylon windbreaker on the outside and vinyl on the inside. No oxford cloth anywhere and no indication of 3 layers as described! Wrong advertisment! I bought this cover for extra protection from snow and wind. I have my guess as to how windbreaker-like material will hold up. It can be good if you only use it for spring wind and rain.
