Apparently there are two versions of this toilet paper holder with the same model number; One has a swing arm and holds the reel a little (1/4") farther from the wall, the other has the typical spring loaded tube. Now I have one for each. The one with the swing arm is very good, just. Tilt that Lever up to load a new roll, looks better with larger paper rolls and is much preferred, the one with the spring loaded tube is 'just good.' Both are easy to install, although the swingarm requires more careful measurement.
