This is my third controller, the first two were WindyNation and the screws(?) of the wires didn't work so I bought this one. Today I plugged in my solar panel and the + wire from the battery fell out and can't be retightened. That's how it worked for a month and a half. What's happening? The screws are tiny and slotted, you will need a tiny flat head screwdriver. I am very tired of messing with them. I am changing my rating. This company is great! After I posted this review, the company contacted me and sent me a new controller. i am so satisfied I had no problems.
