This is a fantastic training shirt, very thin, made from blue fabric with visible holes for breathability and quick drying. It's soft and looks stylish. It has two thin reflective strips on each outer sleeve for safety when running outdoors, and a long stripe on the upper back and a small logo on the chest are also reflective. This type of shirt gives the impression that you are not wearing anything at all, which is useful if you are training in a place where there are rules that men must wear shirts. It is designed to adhere to the athletic body. My son, a healthy collegiate athlete, loves this shirt and wears it for his runs and rows. 5 star rating = I love it.
