What an idealistic product with such a terrible execution. The keyboard claims to be a "Device for Designers," but it's just a standard keyboard with a modified wheel in the top left corner. The only thing that makes this clave worth that much money is the wheel (Crown), but what does it do? It's nice that he can change the level, but it's even cooler that he can also manipulate video timelines and alter brush sizes in graphic editors. Only in this city can you save $11,000 by not using a wheel. The software hinders Craft's primary functionality, which was to replace many ons with a single navigation wheel. Like the rest of the gadgets in this terrible series, this keyboard's software lets you assign other controllers to the functions of your choice. Even for a small tweak of the brush, I need to change its hardness/transparency/etc., thus Logitech made that possible with only one operation, which is a big deal. And only in Photoshop. Therein is the rub, so to speak. Only the default profiles of several Adobe and Office 365 applications come equipped with useful wheel binds; if you want something different, you'll have to learn to code. You could be tempted to go with Logitech with such jokes, but the keyboard is intended for artists and not coders. I have no intention of learning their SDK so that I can use a standard keyboard in Blender 3D to manipulate things like films or brushes. This is an utter waste of time. They care so much about what the people desire there that even when I argued with the TP, I didn't get a standard response. Avoid Adobe's Premiere Pro at all costs? You're on your own here, we only have one profile for this software. So, except from learning how to distort the timeline, I'm at a loss because the program won't let me do anything else. The most pointless buy I've ever made. I would never suggest that to anyone.
