Purchased to match my new HTPC build. Thought all of this in a wireless keyboard would be the ticket. Estimated range of 33ft, barely had a 3ft range. Even when I used it within 3ft, it fell out, forcing me to turn it off and on again to get it working. Tried new batteries, plugged the receiver into different USB ports on my HTPC, nothing helped. Returned and already reimbursed by Revain. I think you win something and you lose something, for me it was definitely a loss. Update 7/16/19: On 7/15/19 I received an email from a company offering a free keyboard replacement, even though I already had a refund for the defective keyboard I received. I thanked them for the offer and said I was happy with the results of my transactions (meaning I was glad I got my money back), but declined the free replacement, explaining that I already had a replacement from another working company and that I didn't need another one. I then received another email from them offering me "free" Bluetooth headphones if I delete my negative review (since I was happy with my offer). I explained that I was glad I received a refund and told them that I didn't appreciate their attempts to bribe me into removing my review. I told them to leave their headphones and I will leave my review as I wrote it. I also told them I no longer wished to contact me about this issue and if they contact me again I will update my review to reflect what happened. So since I'm updating my review, I think you can see that you've contacted me again. I suspect they are just trying to improve their business but they are obviously not from the US, their written English is terrible and they may not understand what I am trying to convey. However, in their last post I was offered another free "new" keyboard that I don't want or need. I would suggest if you are thinking about buying Arteck products, consider what I have written here. Update 3/5/20 I have to admit, these Arteck people don't give up easily. Just last night I received another email offering to replace the keyboard. I assume they find it difficult to read and write in English. I don't think I'll take up their offer. If I don't, maybe they'll think I'm dead and leave me alone.
