While the A109 mini and A106 Pro EWA speakers sound good, the A109 mini comes out on top. When it comes to bass and treble, the A109 mini definitely has the edge. The A109 mini sounds cleaner, runs louder and has an SD card slot so you can upload your own music and play it without a Bluetooth connection. Of course, Bluetooth is available if that's how you want to use it. A109 mini's multifunction button lets you pause, skip tracks forward and backward, and adjust volume. The overall sound of the A106 Pro is not as clear, with less bass, less detail and less treble. No SD card slot and no multifunction button. Bluetooth only, with all user controls coming from a Bluetooth source (phone, tablet, computer, etc.). I have attached a photo of both devices. A109 mini on the left.
