I recently started a startup and never expected to find thermal printers at this price point. The company is fresh on a budget. So I had to choose between either getting this at a very affordable price or paying 2-3 times a lot more than that. Luckily it was very easy to set up and they even gave me a USB to USB-C converter. I'm very happy that most of the sellers don't mention IOS devices in my resources. I am very satisfied with the product so far. I also contacted the company about the settings, they replied almost an hour later. I would say it's financially insane to buy anything other than this device. I've been researching to find the best option on a budget, here it is! You can literally buy two of these, put them together and use different types of labels, run them at the same time without changing the label, and it will cost you the same price as buying other machines.
