I recently made a buy on PAIRFORMANCE, and I have to admit that I was utterly let down by the entire process. First of all, the website was extremely sluggish and challenging to use. It took me a long time to discover what I was looking for, and when I did, there wasn't much choice. I was dissatisfied with the clothing's quality when my order eventually showed up. The stitching was uneven in some places, and the fabric had an inexpensive, flimsy feel to it. The products were obviously not built to last. Even worse, I had to go through a number of hoops in order to return the goods. Due to the unresponsiveness and lack of assistance from the customer service, I was forced to cover the cost of return shipment on my own dime. Overall, PAIRFORMANCE was a total letdown for me. I wouldn't advise anyone searching for high-quality clothing or excellent customer service to shop at this online retailer.
