Review on Caldo Daily Cotton Kitchen Apron for Cooking - Unisex Professional Chef or Server Apron - Adjustable Straps, Pockets, and Towel Loop (Spruce) by David Guerrero

Disclaimer: I have no idea about textiles or anything like that. This rating says nothing about the actual properties of the material other than that it is stronger than most of my other aprons. Let's talk about the design though, because that, my friends, is the true value of this apron. I would give five stars for the towel loop alone. That makes this apron the best I have. I know this is a first world problem but I kept losing my towel from my apron pocket or my own bag. (I'm not Gordon Ramsey, but stuffing a kitchen towel in my pocket just didn't work for me.) Towel loop: Brilliant. The location of the pockets is also great. Quick access to a pen and my instant thermometer in the top pocket is perfect. The bottom pocket is perfect for a tasting spoon (always towel dry on the awesome towel loop) or extra kitchen essentials if needed. I also like the black and canvas look. Sturdy, but I feel like a chef in it. So why didn't it get five stars when I clearly think it's a five star or more star product? Abbot Fjord falls into the same pool of sellers who have to email me to see if I like my apron after they get it delivered. I am tempted to drop it because they are blunt in saying that they are a small company with big ideals and my review actually means a lot to them. Guys, I understand everything but don't fall into this trap of constantly reviewing the product. It's bad customer service because it's not about me; it is about you. I've never cooked a ribeye in this apron, so while you're smarter with your touch than most, it still feels overpowering. I bought your apron. I didn't invite you to my house to watch me cook. I will say I don't think this is a reason to buy another apron. If you cook regularly, believe me, you really need this apron. I'm about to be inundated with sellers asking me for instant feedback and I'm deducting a star for poor customer service principle every time. I want other buyers to know that they may receive multiple emails along with the best apron I have ever purchased. I think it's fair and fair to say. After all, I wish you all the best in your business. I will most likely buy your apron again if it ever wears out (or starts to burn because I know how I cook) and will consider your other products in the future.
