Review on AmazonBasics Wall Mounted Farmhouse Standard Walnut by Richard Cuneo

This is a beautiful and fairly durable wall shelf unit. It comes with regular plastic anchors and 2 sets of screws (1 short and 1 long) to mount the unit on the wall. The screw heads fit into keyholes on the back of the blind mount rack. This set comes with a printed paper ruler to help you plan your screws. I wish they would go the extra mile and just print the center dots for the holes to make the layout easier. I'm really not a fan of plastic wall anchors because they inevitably break and leave big ugly holes in the wall. Given the length of the post, I really wish they made keyholes in the center of the main lugs so I can go straight to the lugs for a more secure/permanent setup. However, the stand is easy to assemble and feels pretty solid at the moment. I've already loaded it into my gear closet and it's holding up well. I love the hooks they used, especially for my purposes as they are small enough to fit in hanging loops but large enough not to stretch or dent what is hanging from them. The hooks are a bit close together. If you plan on filling it with heavy winter coats, you probably can't use them all. It gets tight for raincoats and light jackets, but they'll do. Overall, this is a good stand that looks good, works well, and is well priced.
