I really like this product, it makes our hair soft and manageable. It doesn't tingle or smell next to Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner. It smells like tea tree oil but leaves hair clean and delicious. The shampoo dispenser doesn't work as well as the conditioner, it dispenses less and is harder to pump. The suggestion would be to improve the quality of the pump, that's the only reason I gave it a 4, but as far as the quality of the product goes, it's definitely a 5! Also keep in mind that it only weighs 16 ounces, which is smaller than most products. I'm attaching a photo so you can compare.
