The ability to manage all of our hotels in one place, easy booking system for guests with no fuss at check-in or checkout! We can also add new properties easily without having to send out emails each time we want to update something about them (e.g., prices). It's not perfect - sometimes there are issues where it doesn't work as expected but I would say this is more down to my inexperience than anything else. If your looking into an online hotel management solution then look elsewhere if they don't have some sort of integration with TripAdvisor/Expedia etc so you can link directly from their website rather than needing to go through another platform like ours which isn't always ideal. Also make sure you're happy with how much data access you need otherwise you may end up paying too much per month even though its free until you reach certain levels.
