Prone to cracking when heated

Worked very well for the first two months. Looked good quality and produced a good image. Then a crack appeared right in the middle because the seed must have come from the heat. The reason is that it wasn't there when I parked the car at work in the morning and after 8 hours when I got in the car there was an accident and it was 99 degrees outside.
