We really like this ninja! It's big and you can cook a lot of food in it, which is nice because it acts as a second oven when needed! The possibilities with this device are endless! We use it daily as a toaster (it replaces the smaller one in the photo) and it's really efficient - you choose the cycle you want to use (roast/toast/bake/etc) and for toast you choose the count the discs. - the degree of darkening of the toasts - and what height of the grate you toast on, it's pretty neat! We've also used it for air frying a lot and as an oven the Ninja's preheat time is amazing, it heats up quickly and cooks very efficiently - I'm really looking forward to using it as a food dehydrator soon! I love the stainless steel/black look of the unit, it goes well with our other appliances in the kitchen. It's big but small - for reference I've included a photo of the toaster that Ninja replaced (please disregard the look of the toaster :) it was headed for the trash) - Ninja takes up a lot of space on our one countertop. It's also very easy to clean, all racks are easy to remove and hand wash - there's a tray on the bottom that slides out easily too. So it is very easy to clean up falling food/crumbs.
