I was so happy to get this vacuum because I really needed it. First, it works, but it's not worth the price. If you are looking for a powerful vacuum cleaner then this is not the one. Unfortunately. The design is ok, it looks futuristic (IMHO). It loads quickly and has two speed modes. Press once for slow speed, second press is faster speed/strong suction. It picks up most pet hair and dirt, but not when they're stuck in the carpet. Glides easily over tile, parquet or lanolin floors. Assembly and disassembly to attach attachments is easy. It comes with two filters, the motor is not too noisy. It's easy to use and very lightweight. I have to say I'm better at sweeping than vacuuming. If cleaning is a simple task then this will work for you. But if you need a serious cleaning then go for it.
