Review on 💻 Targus Universal USB 3.0 Dual Video Laptop Docking Station with Charging Power, Audio, and 5 USB Ports - PC, Mac, and Android Compatible (DOCK171USZ) by Samuel Bowen

The first unit I ordered sounded like a box of gems when I shook it. So I sent it back and got another one. Only later did I realize that there is a cover under which there are different power connectors for different types of computers. Photos for this item must show this feature. Who would have thought? Now that I have the second device, none of the power connectors fit my Asus Vivobook S510UA. I contacted support and they said the model number is not enough. These 44 options fit into their system for this model number. So I will probably return this item and buy something completely different. Definitely not Targus. I give two runs assuming that if I can plug it into my computer the product will actually work. I give zero start to marketing and customer service. UPDATE: Another call to Targus with the correct computer model and they say they don't know if the dock will work with my computer. You need to test it and get back to me sometime in the future. My rating remains at two stars.
