If you are going to make a quilt, do not use this material. When you first look at the squares, they are beautiful and you are excited to get quilting. But then the problems arise when you wash the squares. I took them out of the washer and they were tangled up so badly that I threw the long rope of pieces into the dryer hoping the dryer would help untangle them. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A DAISY CHAIN OF TANGLED SQUARES. It took me 1 hour to untangle each square. The material unraveled so badly that I ended up with 10-inch squares. When I put my quilt together, each square was uneven, unraveling at the ends, and very thin. I do not recommend this product for quilting based on my horrible experience. Just look elsewhere for quilting squares.
