Review on Waterproof Insulation Adhesive for Conditioning Stripping by Ted Higdem

I bought this to "adjust" my orthopedic insoles. The glue is "pure organic" (written in Japanese on the inside of the roll) and oh my god it really sticks. I have to wear orthotics. by collapse of the arch of the foot and pronation of the ankle. From time to time, as the shoe stretches and the insoles wear out, adding a chunk of this very dense foam in certain places will bring comfort back. Easy to cut with Xacto or another sharp blade - or scissors. I can cut out custom shapes and apply them exactly where I need them before putting the insoles back into the shoes. It's hard to find glue that doesn't "slip" or slip when you're wearing hot and sweaty shoes and socks all day, especially playing table tennis, which I do every day. This tape never slips or breaks (it keeps its shape) like other foams and adhesives. Strength is what I need. Enough to "give" to absorb the blows. Think natural cork, but synthetic, with the same texture and thickness - with very good adhesion on ONE side. I say it holds up well and doesn't slip, but it's not "crazy" sticky. Example: If I misalign a piece of this foam, I can still gently lift and shift it before gluing it in place. Perfect fit for me. Now I will always order this brand.
