Don't beat a dead horse, but these things creak so much they're almost useless. Pergo and tile floors seem to be the worst. In fact, I tried to lubricate the soles with different materials, but they wear out quickly. Stupid idea anyway, but it sheds some light on how desperate I am for a solution. I also tried sanding the soles to create some sort of new texture. There are no dice. I love Rockport and have had at least 1 or 2 pairs of active toys since 1992. This is the only couple that had an issue. I started wearing socks (how unprofessional) and wore more brown. Of course I'll have to buy another pair soon, but my wife will probably roll her eyes at the price.
