It does what it should
It's a vest. It picks up light well. It's a little difficult to put on over something else. But so what. It's supposed to keep you safe on the streets at night. I'm not wearing it to a wedding.
- The sizing runs a bit small. I would get one size bigger than you think you need.
- The reflective strips may not be visible from all angles, increasing the risk of an accident
