I do a series of counting to 100 for each of the following directions. 1 - moving my hips forward and backward, 2 - moving my hips side to side, 3 - moving my hips in a circle counterclockwise, 4 - moving my hips in a circle counterclockwise. It has really helped to keep the mobility and prevent discomfort as I age. ๐
