This is a decent fan. The noise level is quite low (level 3 is too loud when you work with it or work in the office). However, I would say that the reviews confused me a little and I think I expected more from this fan than I should have. In terms of quality, it looks well made. The buttons have a nice tone. The water tank is difficult to unscrew from the tank. It helps increase comfort in terms of leakage, but my wife and daughter struggle to take it off. My biggest complaint is that it just doesn't blow cool enough, leaving a watery mess under the fan. The condensation just falls on the table because it runs down the plastic paneling etc. I have to hold a plate or something underneath it or it will eventually damage the wooden spots you can put it on.
