It is not possible to contact the seller directly to replace one of the goods, so unfortunately you have to write a review first. The product is easy to install (which is why I gave this aspect four stars) and comes with the items described. However, there was a small scratch on one of the panels (which could still be used) and I didn't notice it from the road. However, the second plastic panel was not properly sealed, so one of the short sides of the panel was covered with protective film and all the mounting adhesive was smudged on the side and edge of the panel it should have been in contact with the car. This fixing adhesive is intended to prevent the protective bag from being opened by force during shipping. So I spent an hour removing the residue with various products including slime, but it's still tacky and it's not something I want to stick firmly to car paint for months. So for the combination of these issues and the inability to contact the company, I'm giving the overall rating two stars. Since I could still use one of the plates, I didn't downgrade the overall rating to one star. I haven't had time to test the strength yet, so I'm not judging that aspect.
