A well tailored vest that can be adjusted over clothing, sweatshirts, jackets etc depending on the weather. For adjustment, a horizontal Velcro strip is attached on either side of the zip at the front, with a matching strip at the bottom. Would have been rated 5 stars but the clear ID pouch does not have a strong enough tab to hold the ID. I work at the train station, I walk up the car, walk up the stairs a lot, and if I move my hand up, I shoot my ID out of my pocket.
