Zipper is busted, used once updated

I purchased this for concert/festival use and only used it once. The zipper seemed fine upon inspection when I first received it. I didn't know it was faulty until I was at a crowded festival weeks later and I noticed my things falling out; the zipper wouldn't stay on track no matter what I did.
