Review on SAMSUNG Dual Port Car Charger EP-L5300XBEGWW Black - Super Fast Charging (45W+15W) by Gilbert Cokky

I bought this charger mainly for my new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone, to charge in the car. The 45W USB-C port works great ('super fast charging' every time), although the S21 Ultra draws no more than 25W (5V to 9V, both up to 2.77A). The USB PD protocol is configurable. This charger also works with older Note 10 and S10 Ultra that used to charge 45W from 0% to 30% and then back to 25W. Haha, Samsung stopped using that marketing gimmick with the S21 series, only 25W. But to my great surprise, another 15W USB-A port solved the problem - my old Galaxy S8 Plus "charges" fast everytime i use this charger now. This is after 3.5 YEARS of intermittent "sometimes fast charging, sometimes not" (old Galaxy S8 Plus) with a standard 15W Samsung OEM car charger that has two USB-A fast charging ports for adaptive fast charging. I've tried probably 10 of those old Samsung 15w car chargers over the years and it's the same with every one. I love this charger! You can feel the quality of this thing. 2 or maybe 3 times heavier than the old Samsung 15w intermittent charger. Much better, more precisely, in the car's cigarette lighter socket. The oval, offset body allows it to be rotated as needed to physically clean anything on the dash next to the cigarette lighter socket.
