My HP Windows PC has stopped working. I couldn't get into windows at all and I couldn't boot into safe mode. Staples charged $160 for repairs. GeekSquad and Best Buy wanted the same thing. I connected this device, created a few simple menu items - and voila! I got a new working laptop for under $20.
