I have an 8kg Pekingese. The finger brushes are too big for her mouth, so I followed the directions on the tube and started massaging her gums and teeth with some toothpaste. After a few weeks I was able to switch to a tiny baby toothbrush. The ingredients in this toothpaste are very safe, no dyes, artificial flavors or coloring etc. I love the fact that the enzymes in the product help reduce tartar. My pet is a rescue dog who hasn't taken care of his teeth for 6 years. I believe that this toothpaste will help improve the situation a little.
